Role: Children’s Night Care Worker
Salary: Up to £24,502.40 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (42 hours per week – 10.00pm – 9.30am in term time, 10.00pm – 10.00am in school holidays)

Our next Children’s Night Care Worker will be someone with:

Some of your duties would be as follows:
- Running night time routines
- Providing the support that the occupants need to be happy and healthy
- Complete relevant paperwork
- Undertake household tasks
- Assist with personal care and where appropriate administer medication.
The Location
Options Autism, are recruiting Children’s Night Care Workers to join our team in Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire.
At Barton School, we work directly with pupils with Autism and complex needs. Our occupants exhibit a wide range of abilities, from non-verbal to high-functioning and you will use your creativity and compassion to tailor your approach to each individual’s needs. This will involve learning about the young person’s interests as well as their dislikes and their triggers, using that connection as a launchpad for a rewarding relationship. Patience and a passion for this kind of engagement is essential.
We are based in Barton-upon-Humber and are within commutable distance of Winterton, Scunthorpe and surrounding towns and villages.
Options Autism are Specialists in Education, Care and Therapy for young people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, complex behaviour associated with autism and anxiety and mental health needs.
