Role: Administrator
Salary: £22,425.00 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours a day)

The Role
In brief the role would involve:
- Supporting members of the wider administration team
- Answering calls into the business and greeting visitors
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Using inhouse IT and HR systems
- Operate at all times in accordance with Company policies and procedures, with particular reference to Safeguarding children and young people at all times.
Who we are looking for
This role would suit a confident and highly organised administrator with a flexible approach to their work and previous administration experience. Business Administration Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential
The following skills are essential:
- Relevant experience within a similar, fast paced Administration role
- Experience of recruitment administration and any experience with ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR systems would be advantageous
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and prioritise workloads
- Confident in drafting correspondence
- Effective and clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of arranging and taking minutes of meetings
The Opportunity
Options Autism, part of the Outcomes First Group, are recruiting an Administrator to join our existing team within the North Lincolnshire area.
At Barton School, we work directly with vulnerable children with Autism and complex needs.
The home is based in Barton-upon-Humber and is within commutable distance of Winterton, Scunthorpe and surrounding towns and villages.
